Petterweil is a quiet village, from which you can reach the lively Karben within 10 minutes by car, Frankfurt within 20 minutes or Friedberg within 20 minutes. Within walking distance there is a bakery, a small supermarket, some restaurants and a pharmacy. A bus stops almost directly in front of the house, and in Karben center there is a suburban train to Frankfurt and Friedberg every 30 minutes.
There is an hourly bus from our accommodation to Bad Homburg. There is also a bus to Karben train station from where a train runs all day to Frankfurt and Friedberg. By car it takes 15 minutes to Friedberg and 20 minutes to Frankfurt.
