House rules

  1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible subject to availability and for a fee. Guests who exceed the check-out time or delay cleaning will be liable for all resulting costs.
  2. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited – including on balconies and in common areas (e.g., hallways, stairwells). Legal quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Violations may result in immediate eviction. A fee of €250 plus cleaning and damage repair costs will be charged for violations of the smoking ban.
  3. The apartment may only be used by the guests named in the booking. Unregistered guests are not permitted. We charge €40 per night for each additional guest.
  4. The apartment may only be used for residential purposes. Events, commercial use, or unauthorized subletting are not permitted.
  5. Pets are not allowed. Exceptions are only made by prior arrangement. Assistance animals are permitted, but must be announced in advance.
  6. Guests are required to treat the apartment with care and report any damage immediately. Guests are fully liable for any damage, loss, or excessive soiling.
  7. Please dispose of your rubbish properly and leave the apartment swept clean. We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee for excessive soiling.
  8. The loss of keys or access media will be charged at the actual cost of replacement and, if necessary, replacement of the locking system.
  9. Passing on access data or keys to third parties is prohibited.
  10. The use of the internet connection for illegal activities (e.g. copyright infringements) is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
  11. The accommodation may have devices installed to measure noise levels (without recording conversations) to ensure compliance with the house rules.
  12. Common areas must be kept clean and must not be blocked by private items.
  13. In cases of serious or repeated violations, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without notice. In this case, no refund will be issued.
  14. By booking, you agree to these house rules.
